Terms of use
Effective 26 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Rewild app and this website, operated by IntenseLife AG, Mühlebachstrasse 25, 8008 Zürich, Switzerland ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Rewild you accept them. If you downloaded Rewild from Apple's App Store, section 10 contains additional terms Apple requires.
1. What Rewild is — and is not
Rewild is a lifestyle companion for logging meals, movement and mind, made for women 45 and over. It shows you your own days.
Rewild is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Nothing in the app — entries, summaries, suggestions or copy — is a diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for the judgement of a qualified clinician. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are changing how you eat, move or sleep for health reasons, talk to a professional who knows you.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 16 years old and sign in with a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. We may suspend or close accounts used to abuse the service, attack it, or break the law.
3. Subscription and payment
- Rewild is offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription, purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The subscription covers use of the Rewild app and its sync service for the subscription period. The exact price is always shown at the point of purchase in your local currency before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to the store account you bought through. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.
- You can cancel any time in your store's subscription settings; to stop the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The period you have already paid for always runs to its end.
- Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment — Apple or Google — under that store's own policies; we cannot issue them ourselves.
- A subscription bought while signed out is held on your store account and can be restored on any device with "Restore purchases".
4. Your content
The entries you log are yours. You give us the limited licence we need to store and sync them for you — that is all we use it for, as described in the privacy policy. Deleting your account deletes your synced entries from our backend.
5. Our content
The app, this website, and everything in them that is not your content — code, design, text, marks — belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer beyond what law permits, or use the service to build a competing dataset.
6. Changes to the service
We improve Rewild continuously and may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue the service entirely or remove something material to your subscription, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.
7. Warranty and liability
Rewild is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the same extent, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for Rewild in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland — unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the courts of your own residence, in which case those remain open to you.
9. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms materially, we will update the effective date above and tell you in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use Rewild after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, cancel your subscription and stop using the app.
10. If you got Rewild from the App Store
These additional terms apply to the app licence when you download Rewild from Apple's App Store:
- The licence to use the app is granted by IntenseLife AG, not by Apple, and these terms are between you and us. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- IntenseLife AG, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app — including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection or similar law — and for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
